Our SG9M is in excellent condition and is fully tooled and equipped as shown in the photoset. We purchased it in 2013 and it has been a great performer. The reason for sale is that we now run Newen 2-axis CNC single point cutters exclusively for seat and guide work. The SG9M has been redundant and only seen limited use for some time. We now need the floorspace for new equipment.
The SG9M delivered a big step up in concentricity over its Rottler SG8 predecessor thanks to its air-float unipilot design. It also brought spindle speeds to 1,000 rpm with its 2 hp motor. Complete SG9M details and specifications are listed in the original brochure at the end of the photoset. We found it significantly out-performed our Serdi 100 seat and guide machine so it was sold after we bought our 2nd Newen.
All tooling, fixtures and equipment that we have accumulated over the years for this machine are included in the sale as they are of no use to us with the Newens (see photoset).
