This is the cylinder head we use for all of our big boost engines other than the All Pro solid heads used with billet blocks and no water. They have great airflow (see airflow chart in photoset) and are amazingly strong and here's why:  

• 100% virgin Alcoa aerospace-grade aluminum ingot with no remelt
• Heads have been HIP treated (hot isostatic pressing) for greater strength and dimensional stability (see video below for more details on HIP treatment)
• Up to 1 inch deck thickness, 0.75 inch minimum

Our custom CNC work brings them to their maximum performance. These All Pro LS7 cylinder heads come with:

• Shaft mount rocker provisions,
• Borowski CNC porting for big boost applications,
• Newen CNC valve job,
• Custom Titanium Intake 2.200" Valves
• Manley Extreme Duty Inconel 1.615" exhaust valves,
• Manley NexTek Valve Springs (up to .900 lift),
• Manley Machined 10 Degree Bead Locks and Retainers

We buy these heads as porter castings and are therefore able to impart our own designs when we port them on our 5-axis CNC. Our Newen CNC seat & guide machine does the valve job and bowl blending in one operation. The port volumes after machining are 290cc and 108cc for Intake and Exhaust ports respectively.
