Callies Performance is our primary supplier of cranks and rods.  We use them because we believe they offer the best performance for the money and they work.  This 6.385 inch length Ultra H-Beam rod is forged in Michigan from ultra-pure Timken 4330 steel alloy.

With their rating of 1,500 hp, we use these rods with both our Dart Sportsman and Big M builds.   For bigger power builds, we will switch to the Callies Ultra Enforcer I-Beam rods. Watch the video below for more details on our BBC shortblock designs.
