Borowski Race Engines, Inc. manufactures high-end LS & BBC engines for street, race and marine applications. As such, we are constantly scanning the marketplace for best-in-class products.
Motor oil selection is a very important determinant of how well an engine will perform and how long it will live. Following months of our testing and investigation, we are pleased to announce that our shop will be using Maxima Racing Oil products exclusively for all our engine builds and dyno work. The Maxima products now in use are their assembly lube, assembly grease and break-in oil. In addition, we will stock and sell Maxima's best motor oil: RS15W-50 Full Synthetic to keep our engines running great for our customers.
The technical details for our decision are explained in the video below, but here is a quick summary:
- All blending is done in-house to assure consistency
- Full synthethic ester base with regenerative properties for longer life
- Higher concentrations of additives than API approved motor oils
- Both high and low temperature zinc additives
- Excellent anti-foaming package
We sell this product by the case (12 quart bottles per case) and in 55 gallon drums.
