Looking for some serious power at a great price? Look no further! This 370 ci LS long block is designed to easily handle 1,000 hp. Check out the video of this long block as a complete engine running on our dyno with a D1X ProCharger system.
The foundation is a seasoned GM 6.0L block that we have re-machined on our CNCs to far tighter than the original GM tolerances. In this boost-ready build, we use a forged Callies Compstar center-counterweighted crank for additional strength, stiffness and reduced harmonics. The crank is paired with Compstar Extreme rods. Diamond Race Series pistons complete the short block with a compression ratio that makes it pump gas friendly under boost. Manley rods and pistons may also be used depending upon parts availability and customer preference.
The COMP hydraulic roller cam is designed for boost, and brings maintenance-free operation. The exquisite CNC port work we do on the RHS aluminum heads provides great airflow. Valve train stability is enhanced with COMP BSR shaft rockers.
The price includes everything as shown in the photgraph from oil pan to the lifter valley plate and GM valve covers. Give us a call at 815-725-2727 to discuss your specific needs. 1 These engines are not pollution compliant and are intended for transportation use only in pre-pollution controlled vehicles.
2 All BRE engines are individually dyno tested and tuned. Atmospheric and other variations can cause results to vary +/- 2% from advertised ratings. Customers will be supplied with video of their engine's dyno along with the dyno and build sheets.
