If you are looking at a Dailey billet dry sump for your LS, you've got bigger plans than just showing off at cruise night. This is a major upgrade, but it doesn't come cheap. The benefits are more than can be covered here, but are laid out in detail in our blog "Dry Sump Oiling Benefits". This build is a great set up for mixed use of street and track whether it's drag, autocross, road race or whatever.
The short block uses a 6.0L seasoned GM block which we machine to far better than OE specifications on our CNCs. The forged rotating assembly features a center-counterweighted Callies Compstar crank. The additional counterweights greatly reduce crankshaft flexing, a root cause of many bottom-end engine failures. For more on this topic, check out this video we filmed at Callies Performance.
When we are talking street, think about a maintenance-free, COMP hydraulic roller cam that delivers the power but retains street manners. The RHS heads on this engine have been CNC ported on our 5-axis and they are assembled with COMP BSR shaft rockers for durability and superb valve train control.
The intake manifold we are using is a FAST LSX HR with 103mm throttle body. Won't fit under your hood? Not the look you want? No problem! We have a range of alternative intake manifolds for you to look at from FAST and other vendors.
This engine comes with a Holley Terminator X engine management system which carries the tune from your dyno session. This unit features real-time fuel learn, high impedance injector drivers, an integrated 1bar MAP sensor, and 4 programmable inputs and outputs. The inputs and outputs are ideal for electric fans, boost control solenoids, progressive nitrous control, and much more. It can be upgraded to the Terminator X Max for trans control and drive-by-wire. A Holley Digital Dash or 12.3" Digital Dash Pro is a great add-on that also solves instrument panel issues that plague many LS swaps.

- Dyno results on the same engine are influenced by atmospheric conditions. The same engine can easily test +/- 2% different on horsepower depending upon ambient conditions. The engine you receive will have completed its dyno session at no less than 98% of rated horsepower with the tune we provide.
- The current parts supply situation may require us to use products from different vendors with comparable quality and performance. We maintain our own parts inventory, but overall parts supply has become increasingly uncertain. You will be notified if any material changes are required.
